White Mount Franklin was made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc strain. The vines are aged from 10 to 30 years old. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented in steel tanks for 2 months. Then the wine is stored for a short time in oak barrels.
Elegant, golden wine with a warm climate. Well balanced with moderate acidity. It is characterized by a bouquet combining herbal aromas and accents of wild flowers with a mineral that creates a special character of wine. Fresh mouth, with noticeable currant, gooseberry and floral notes. Perfect as an aperitif, recommended for salads and dishes with fish and seafood.
