Cabernet Sauvignon Essence is a product of two great vineyards located in Upper Galilee and the Ephraim Hills. Each of them contributes to the character of wine and led to the creation of a full, deep and harmonious wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine started an 18-month ripening process in new French oak wooden barrels. After the ripening process, the wine was bottled and continued to mature for the next 10 months before they were released.
