Gamay vines, whose fruits were used to produce this Beaujolais Villages, flourish on a beautiful vineyard on a hillside with granite and sandy soils. The grapes were harvested manually at the beginning of September at full maturity. Wine with a dark ruby color, develops aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberries). Fruit, soft and harmonious in the mouth. Nose and palate depict small red berries with subtle notes of blackberry. Beaujolais Villages is the perfect aperitif and the right addition to most dishes, especially white meat and vegetable-based dishes.
