Intense Riesling, with a good depth of aroma and taste and with a barely perceptible residual sugar. In the aroma you can feel an apple mixed with lemon and an elegant mineral note. The designation Feinherb meant that it is a semi-dry wine, but in combination with a dinner can boldly function as a dry wine. Perfect for German cuisine, which is famous for a salad with mayonnaise sauces, German potato salad, roasted sauerkraut and bratwurst. This wine goes well with Asian cuisine.
