Primitivo has been traditionally grown since the 18th century in Apulia. An interesting fact is that in Croatia, where it comes from, it is Crljenak Kaštelanski, and in the USA Zinfandel. Bushes grow quite lush, and they like the hot climate the most. The bunches are large and compact, and the skin of berries is thin. Currently, it is one of the most popular varieties on the Polish market.
This wine has a dark red color and strong fruity aromas. We can sense here blueberries, blackcurrants and cocoa. In the mouth round, slightly dry with a sweet tip. Perfect for pasta, grilled meats and hard cheeses.
