Chablis is the most famous white wine in the world. Produced from the Chardonnay strain only in Burgundy. A pale yellow wine with green reflections. A very fresh and fragrant bouquet with dominant notes of citrus fruits - mainly oranges. Rich, buttery taste that indicates the potential for storage. Fresh, well-balanced acidity. In the end, a clear taste of lemon and orange. Excellent as an aperitif, for seafood and fish and cheese.
