Bordeaux, which is the capital of the New Aquitaine region in the department of Gironde, gave its name to one of the most famous wine regions in the world, which in turn are the cradle of producing quality wine world-wide reputation. The wine is produced by a modern cooperative of 90 grapevines in the Bordeaux and South-West regions. Most of the vineyards are run in an ecological and biodynamic system.
