In one of the local numerous sub-regions, this single-graft Viognier wine is produced. Juicy and crisp,
with a large dose of ripe apricots and aromas of orange and acacia blossoms.
Excellent for oriental cuisine, especially Thai cuisine, poultry dishes and grilled fish.
The wine is produced by the family company Brotte, founded in 1931 in the town of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It offers high quality wines from different corners of Languedoc and the Rhone Valley, which are noteworthy primarily because of their fruitiness, exceptional smoothness and great finesse.
