Bouchard Père & Fils manufactures Beaune du Château, as the exclusivity of the House, from 1907. This wine, which is a mixture of several Premier Cru vineyards subjected to separate vinification, demonstrates the different faces of Beaune climatic conditions. White Beaune du Château comes from 4 areas of Beaune Premier Cru selected due to their complementary features: Aigrots, Tuvilains, Sizies and Sur les Grèves. Grapes from every "climate" are individually vinified before mixing to preserve the unique character of each one. These treatments are reflected in the creation of a bright golden wine with green reflections, aromas of white fruits, candied citruses and ginger. Pleasant, rich wine associated with subtle oak and dried fruit. Delicious for meat dishes. Serve chilled 12-14 ° C.
