Grapes of Grillo strain (which means grasshopper in Polish) come from the best vineyards located in the Marsala region. Grapes of this strain are a traditional and very characteristic variety grown in this region of Sicily. Grillo Zabu is an unpretentious, lively wine with nice herb-citrus aromas, among which mandarins and white flowers stand out especially. Light reflections of gold pierce through the light, straw color. On the palate a fresh, delicate bouquet with a hint of juicy, exotic fruits, with a pleasant acidity and an accent in the form of a white pepper on the tip. Perfect for light dishes, seafood, soups and excellent as an aperitif.
