The Bonfils family began their wine adventure in 1870. At present, the family owns 1 850 hectares of vineyards located in the best parts of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, as well as in Bordeaux and Castilla La Mancha in Spain. The strict rules for running vineyards in harmony with the surrounding nature place the Bonfils family estate in the forefront of the most ecological vineyards in the world.
This elegant, rich and refreshing wine, with intense aromas of exotic fruits and citrus and notes of butter-honey makes them an ideal companion to fish dishes, seafood, white meats and goat cheese.
