The wine was made from the Tempranillo strain, grown in mineral soils, which are a mixture of gravel, stone and red clay, located at high altitudes. The wine matures for 3 months in American oak.
Deep cherry color with purple shades. The main aromas of red fruit and roasted oak stand out in the nose. The mouth feel is simple, with a medium body and a harmonious balance between fruit, oak and delicate acidity, which transforms into a long finish.
Perfectly combined with various starters, old cheeses andcold cuts, such as Iberian ham, and also with lamb and game.
