The wine was made exclusively from Syrah grapes. This vine, originating in France, has become known and popular all over the world thanks to Australian producers. It was introduced to Sicily in the early 90's. The strain has a very small amount of grapes per hectare, and maceration of the grapes must take place at a controlled temperature for about 10-12 days.
Wine with a deep ruby, pure color with purple reflections. Aromas of red fruit, among which particularly dark berries, blackcurrants and notes of ripe plums, with fresh notes and balsamic tips. In the mouth, spicy, saturated, with live tannins and a fresh finish. It goes well with grilled red meat, birds and hard cheeses. Serving temperature 16-18 ° C.
