The wine was made exclusively of Chardonnay grapes, whose grapevines are planted in Langhe. After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented and aged for about sixteen months in small oak barrels. The result of these activities is a perfect white wine with a complex structure. The intense and complex aroma contains accents of wood, ripe fruit and a note of almonds. Long, strong taste is nice.
