Saint-Veran comes from a vineyard, dating back to the fourteenth century. A characteristic feature of this wine is the alliance between burgundy and limestone caves, ideally suited to the finesse of Chardonnay, and the semi-continental climate with a rich sun gives it its richness and character. Each Saint-Veran is a true reflection of the breeder's knowledge. The mysterious alchemy of man's long work and nature is an ideal blend of Chardonnay, exceptional terroir traits and traditional vinification methods that give Saint-Veran a unique personality.
The wine has a bright, golden color, reveals the range of aromas of exotic fruits and citrus. Flexible, with a long tip on the palate. It fits perfectly with fresh fish and crustaceans, white meats and poultry in cream sauces.
