This Chablis is made from grapes from more than 50 years old Chardonnay vine, which grow on clay and calcareous soils, derived from the geological times of the Jura. Wine aged over 12 months in vats and small barrels, which owes its characteristic minerality. Nose and citrus aromas in the nose. The mouth is fresh and tidy, giving an elegant, very long finish. Due to its freshness it goes well with all kinds of salads and fish.
