The wine is aged in oak barrels up to 12 months. Cherry-red color. Bouquet intense, fruity note passing from cherry to blackcurrant, the taste is characterized by sweet tannins with a light vanilla aftertaste. Wine without aggressive tannins, soft with a delicate hint of oak, a subtle raisin appears in the background. Perfect fits duck in plum sauce, grilled meats, also for chocolate desserts.
