Presenting the beautiful balance of oak and fruit, Dominio de la Abadesa Crianza is the quintessence of the Ribera del Duero region. This wine is made from grapes selected from the best plots, consisting of mineral soils located at an altitude of 800 meters. Due to their height, these vineyards experience daily changes during the day and night, which allows for slow, even ripening of grapes, contributing to their high concentration of both color and tannins.
Crianza is aged 12 months in French and American oak barrels. During this process, the wine is stored under precisely controlled conditions with low light and controlled humidity.
Wine with a deep cherry color, with purple reflections. It exhibits intense and complex aromas of ripe black fruit, cocoa and balsamic vinegar. Round mouth with a distinct and strong finish.
