The perfect Cuvee for an aperitif with friends, is a combination of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. It has a beautiful, shiny golden color. Full of aromas of ripe peach, hazelnuts. In the mouth dry, creamy and at the same time delicate, expressive taste of fresh citrus fruits. Recommended primarily as an aperitif, ideal for seafood.
Aged for 36 months in oak casks or vats. The annual production of this great drink is just 5000 bottles.
