Ontanón Ecológico is made of 100% Tempranillo, grapes that are extremely important for family and region heritage. Ecológico spends five months in a barrel. The wine is rich in clear aromas of ripe raspberries and strawberries combined with notes of coffee, forest mulch and violets.
