Second with Sant Alfonso cru from Rocca della Maccie estate. Recently also Gran Selezione. The grapes come from the vineyard with 35 ha of crops on sandy and stony soils, ideal for growing Sangiovese. Deep ruby color. The bouquet is mainly intense aromas of black cherries, plums, skin and spices. In the mouth, warm and spicy, with ripe fruit flavors. Long finish. We recommend to venison with black olives and pine nuts.
