Sicilian wine, with an intense dark red color, with a shade of purple. The bouquet develops with aromas of plum jam and blackberry, with notes of spicy background. In the mouth full, rich in tannins, but in a way discreet and round in taste. Very versatile, enriches the taste of many dishes, combining well, among others with sausages, pate, or roasted pork. Temp. serve. 18-20 C °.
