Pleasantly balanced wine with an extremely beautiful palette of aromas and flavors. In the nose a variety of spices, herbs and notes of smoke mixed with ripe red fruit. The mouth is full with lots of forest fruits and ripe cherries, velvety with soft tannins and a long finish. Recommended for dishes from wild birds, venison, goulash, and crisp hard cheeses.
