A clear, rich white wine that permeates the aromas of wood, nuts and vanilla, with outstanding aromas of citrus fruits. Full, intense and fresh taste, strong finish. The grapes arrive in the vineyard in the early morning after a mechanical gathering and immediately undergo a delicate, quick treatment to obtain a high-quality white mousse. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels for ripening for 4-6 months. Wine is not malolactic fermented to preserve fresh properties.
