Grapes for this wine are selected by hand from shrubs that are already over 70 years old. The fruits are dried on the vine and then they are aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
Il Ritardatario has an intense ruby-red color with a navy blue sheath. The essence of taste composed of a fruity bouquet of cherry and plum jam. Sweet, full flavor of dried figs, dates with light notes of cinnamon and vanilla. A durable finish.
