Wine from the hot south of Italy from Apulia, which is the easternmost region of Italy. Its long southern peninsula is surrounded by the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea. The wine was created from the equal combination of three strains: Malvasia Bianca, Chardonnay, Bombino Bianco. It is characterized by a delicate citrus-floral aroma. The taste is full, fruity, with a vivid acidity, aromatic. It tastes best chilled - recommended for aperitifs, delicate fish and poultry dishes.
