100% Pinot Nero from two vineyards located on the slope of Quindicipiò and Brolo with a view of the Palazzo Lana Berlucchi. Wine maturation lasts for at least 7 years, and then for the next 6 months after the dégorgement process (in the champagne method, removing sediment from the neck of the bottle).
A straw-yellow wine with copper accents. On the nose a wide and generous bouquet of tropical fruits, peaches, candied orange peel and crunchy bread.
In the mouth, it is characterized by exceptional freshness, a crisp taste with harmonious acidity and mineral notes.
The wine is extremely durable with a long finish, perfect for an aperitif or in combination with fish dishes, white meats and cheeses.
