The best wine of the Paternoster brothers. It is dedicated to their grandfather Anselmo, who founded a vineyard and learned the noble wine art from his father. He also decided to spend for sale the first bottles of aglianico, made then only for the family. Don Anselmo is considered one of the best wines from the whole region of Basilicata and one of the wine ambassadors of the country. It comes from small plots, where the oldest vine grows, and yield from hectare is from 3 to 4 tons, harvest and selection of bunches are carried out by hand. Partially subtle in large Slavonian oak barrels, and the rest in French oak barrettes. A perfect combination of innovation with originality of production, modernity and tradition.
